Documents Required for Egypt visa from Pakistan

Below are the requirements for Egypt visa from Pakistan:

Passport: 

• Scanned copy of passport
• Please note passport must fulfill all the below conditions
• The passport should have a minimum of 2 blank pages & should be valid for a period of 8 months validity at the time of travel

Required Documents for Egypt visa from Pakistan

• National ID card scanned colored copy. Both back and front side
• Family Registration Certificate from NADRA (FRC)
• Marriage Registration Certificate from NADRA (MRC)
• Polio IPV certificate issued by the government hospital
• Polio Vaccination certificate issued by any government hospital (Should not be old more than one year)
• Dengue negative report (IgM) issued by an authorized lab

2- Photographs

Photographs for Egypt Visa from Pakistan

• Three recent colored photographs of size 2 x 2 inches white background with matt or semi-matt finish with 80% face coverage, white background, and without border. (Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas)

Financial Documents for Egypt Visa from Pakistan

If Employed: 

• Original Leave sanction letter on Employer’s Letterhead
• Original Personal Bank Account Statement for last 6 months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s Telephone Number, Applicant’s Name and Account No. clearly on Bank letterhead with seal & sign of Bank officer with a minimum closing balance of around PKR 8,00,000 (Sudden deposit of money is not appreciated).
• Last 3 months’ salary slips

If Self-Employed Professional / Businessman 

• Original Personal Bank Account Statement for last 6 months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s Telephone Number, Applicant’s Name and Account No. clearly on Bank letterhead with seal & sign of Bank officer with a minimum closing balance of around PKR 8,00,000 in case of traveling alone. If the family wants to apply, in that case, ensure the funds are above PKR 15,00,000 (Sudden deposit of money is not appreciated).
• Original Company Current Bank Account Statement for last 6 months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s Telephone Number, Applicant’s Name and Account No. clearly on Bank letterhead with seal & sign of Bank officer, the statement should be updated at least 7 days prior to the submission date. OR If Current A/c statement is very bulky then you can provide an Original Balance confirmation letter on Bank letterhead with seal & sign (If having separate Bank, A/c statement in the name of company)

Supporting Documents for Egypt Visa

If Employed: 

• Visiting card & Employee ID card (company card) copy

If Self-Employed Professional / Businessman 

• Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation
• Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership (In case the applicant is Proprietor / Partner in a firm)
• Chamber of Commerce Certificate if you have a membership with Chamber of Commerce.

If Student 

• School / College / University ID card copy
• Leave sanction letter on school or college letterhead / Bonafide letter
• If a Minor student is traveling alone or only with one parent, a No Objection Certificate is required on PKR 100 stamp paper from a non-accompanying parent, attested by Notary Public along with their signature id proof like passport copy.

If Retired 

• Copy of retirement order/reliving letter
• Copy of discharge book
• Copy of pension book if any
