Booking vouchers are delivered to customers via email. Vouchers contain unique confirmation numbers such as a Passenger Number Record and Ticket Number.
Refund, Return & Exchange PolicyLast updated: (Tuesday, June 13 - 2018)
In case you are not able to utilize your booking and look for a refund, return or exchange, you are required to claim with YUGO.pk within 60 days from the travel date. Claims must be made by emailing or calling our Customer Service center. Please note that refunds, Return or Exchange will always be in accordance to the supplier (airline/hotel/tour operator) rules and policies.
Refunds should be made to customers within 30 business days from date of refund/cancellation request. Payments made through credit card will be refunded directly to the card, while payments made through other modes will be paid through cheque. For anything extra, customer has to pay it.
Please note that YUGO.pk fees, if any, will not be refundable.
